Certains des plus beaux sites de Santorin sont à découvrir lors de cette excursion d'un après-midi qui comprend la visite de l'ancien village de Mesa Gonia, Pyrgos qui se trouve au plus haut point sur l'île et la belle Oia, l'un des endroits les plus photographiés de Grèce.

Nous commencerons par Mesa Gonia. Ce petit village, le plus ancien de l'île, est entouré de vignobles. De là, nous partirons à Pyrgos, l'ancienne capitale de Santorin. Ce joli endroit est composé de maisons en forme de morceaux de sucre, de demeures néo-classiques et de ruelles étroites qui serpentent jusqu'à un château vénitien qui offre une vue imprenable sur l'île.

Vous aurez ensuite l'occasion de gouter quelques vins locaux dans un lieu isolé avec vue sur la mer, avant de vous diriger vers la perle de Santorin, Oia. Perché sur une falaise, ce village blanchi à la chaux offre une vue imprenable sur la caldeira et de plus est célèbre pour ses couchers de soleil. C'est tout bonnement spectaculaire.

We both really enjoyed the tour. Our guide was Kim and she was excellent. Extremely informative and helpful, she also gave us a tip on a great place to see the sunset. We took her advice and had some fantastic food and drink with lovely staff and fantastic view of the sunset.

Good trip. Plenty of free time in oia. Too much really unless you had a meal there. The wine was nice but note it wasn’t a vineyard just a distribution point. A good afternoon and evening out. Plenty of stunning views and we felt we saw the north of Santorini. Especially after climbing the steps up to the castle.

Tour delayed by 30 mins, no explanation given, temporary bus to first location had no air conditioning, very oppressive,, felt nauseous and trip rushed trying to make the time up. First activity was the wine making which we did not enjoy due to feeling sick after the very hot journey. Expected better from a Tui trip
