I couldn't be happier with this experience! Meeting point at 7.30am and was driven by Granco and Marco was our guide on the bus. He was funny, knowledgeable, and friendly. Kept us entertained foe sure. My husband and I didn't join the others on the lunch and we got to see Pompeii for alot longer than the rest of the group, as we decided ro do it without a guide as well and I definitely recommend. We got to stop in Naples and meet a tour guide for a 50 minute walk around and rhis was lovely, the only thing is we wished we were given some free time here as I really wanted to grab some of their amazing looking pastries. The drive to Pompeii from Naples was very quick. I 100% recommend doing this if in Rome and you have the time. Love how its easy to book and get tickets through the app aswell. We got back to Rome at around d 7.30pm, but since we got to rest on the coach, we managed to go out for dinner afterwards still.

We enjoyed our day in Naples and Pompei very much! We opted for just the transport, which was comfortable and easy to locate. The guide was great, and communicated clearly about where and when to meet for the return. We had four hours in Pompei to wander around using our guide book and an app, which was perfect for us. It's a huge place and would be overwhelming to try to see all in one day, but we were able to navigate to the highlights that interested us most on our own. The bus was comfortable and the ride smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Great if you want to see Pompeii without a trip to Naples. Very efficient and friendly guides as well, worth doing!

We could walk at our own pace. time was sufficient. This variant was ideal for us. Really recommend.

A little long trip but the guide is very nice. To do.
