Staff very good and fast track was ??….fast…I felt a bit uncomfortable because I jumped the queue, well the fast track staff did because that’s their job, but very good, thank you…. Was worth it as no queuing up ..

The gentleman who met us Ahad Khames to assist us with our visa was great, he met us from entering the terminal and helped us right to the end when we collected our luggage and had a luggage assistant take us straight to our private taxi. It was streamless throughout out in 25 minutes from entering the terminal, getting our visa, collecting our luggage and getting in our taxi!

Met by representative who whisked us through immigration, no queing and waited for our suitcases with us. He arranged a bellboy who then carried our cases to awaiting transfer to hotel. Very professional and extremely quick

Highly recommend this service. As soon as we got to Hurghada airport our guide was waiting for us. Straight to the front of every que! Entry cards filled Visa's done, whizzed through security, bags collected and taken to Tui taxi. Excellent service!
