What to expect

Venetiana is a panoramic, comfortable, and sustainable boat equipped with wide windows and open space, which connect you with the beauty around you. The entire boat tour lasts around 4 hours and can be done all at once to have a first glimpse of Venice and the islands, or more slowly, getting on and off where and when you want.

Line A will lead you to the heart of Venice: St. Mark’s Square treasures and Murano Island, where you’ll visit a world-renowned glass factory and you will appreciate the art of glass-blowing.

From Murano you can: take line B and go on towards the islands of Burano, well-known for its bright-coloured houses and lace production. Then, you can go to Torcello, a little quiet oasis in the middle of the lagoon, and Punta Sabbioni or you can come back to Santa Lucia at the stop «Zattere».

Meeting point:
Line A departs from S. Lucia railway station in front of KFC restaurant, but you can hop on at any stop (see photo gallery). Line B leaves from Murano for a tour of the islands. Look for the boat company 'Venetiana'.

  • On some periods of the year, every visitor to Venice may be required to pay an access fee directly to the Municipality of Venice, subject to various exclusions. Please, visit the Municipality official channels to discover fares and dates. The contribution is not necessary if you only and exclusively visit the islands of Murano, Torcello, and Burano

Know in advance;

  • Download the Pop Guide App to your smartphone and listen to the audio guide with your own earphones. You will find the instructions on how to download the audio guide on your voucher
  • Audio guides are available through the app in English, Italian, French, Spanish and German
  • You will be free to get on and off at any stops on lines A and B as many times as you want for 24 or 48 hours

    Il giro è stato piacevole, i tempi a disposizione nelle isole sufficienti (forse un po' lunga la sosta a Torcello, visto che le sole cose che si possono fare sono a pagamento). La app funziona bene ed è molto comoda, così come le barche, tranne l'ultima per il rientro a tardo pomeriggio, scoperta.

    Tutto molto bene, traghetto un orario,app per informazioni ottima.Se posso unica pecca l'operatrice che attendeva sulla banchina benché molto preparata e solerte nn aveva né una divisa né un cartello mischiata tra le persone nn si distingueva
