What to expect

Travel back in time to the Golden Age of France on a half-day trip to the Palace of Versailles including round-trip transportation from Paris, skip-the-line access, and use the audio-app.

After a 45-minute coach ride, skip the long ticket booth line with fast access and visit the interior of the palace. Playground of the French monarchs, Versailles was the center of royal and political power until the French Revolution in 1789. You will discover the State apartments of the King and Queen, the Royal Chapel, and Hall of Mirrors, the epitome of French opulence.

Marvel at the manicured gardens “à la française” designed by the French landscaper André Le Nôtre in 1661 for King Louis XIV. The 2,000-acre park is an architectural expanse of perspectives, parterres, fountains, and groves.

Download the free audio-app from the official Versailles Palace (make sure to bring your own earphones and mobile phone).

During summer, you can enjoy the Musical Gardens and Fountains show in the Gardens of Versailles Palace (included in the price).
