We attended before the sail time and spoke with a TUI rep who told us first of all that we had the wrong day, we then showed him our booking and he said this is not a real TUI booking as the code is wrong. In panic, with my son who has autism - we walked down the road and asked another rep, who told us it could not be used today on any tour and so in sheer desperation, we bought another tour as we thought we could not get the boat. I will never use TUI again as feel like we are not believed
