It was very difficult to find the right coach. I used the instructions given but our names were on a different list so we were put on another bus and this turned out to be the wrong one. This meant our whole trip was out of step. We had booked correctly but our information had not been correctly transferred so we didn't have lunch and were with the wrong language group.
