Excursão de um dia à Lagoa Azul da TUI

Pick up location in email different to the voucher. Told to call and nobody could clarify which was right. Took a guess and followed the voucher pick up location. For the price, it was a very short time actually in the lagoon. Got there at 11am and told to be back to the bus by 1pm. Took 15 mins to get our wrist bands. Could not use the steam/plunge/etc facilities so overall too short a time and rushed. We paid £568 for 4 people.

Amazing experience Not enough time in lagoon - along time stood waiting to go in whilst wrist bands issued, seemed rushed to get back to bus Some confusion regarding need for towels email said towels included, confirmation letter said towels needed. Towels were provided at the Blue Lagoon as part of the basic package we’d purchased.

All very well organised by tui, picked up on time, no bus changes as we had read on previous reviews, plenty of drink choices, towels are available as soon as you step out of the lagoon, wristbands for the lockers- just remember the number and the zone it is in :)

This was a brilliant experience, although it was snowing on us so it was rather misty and hard to see at times where you was going but we enjoyed it. Changing area was spotless. My only negative was that it was rather rushed. We arrived at coach park 11.30am and it took twenty minutes to sort everyone out at reception and we had to be back at coach 13.30pm so there was no time to go in the cafe. Would have been nice to have extra half hour.

It was fantastic experience in the beautiful blue lagoon. And the transfer made things very easy for us to get there. My only gripe was, I thought drinks were included in both the adult and child ticket but had to pay for my child's drink at the end of the session.

We didn’t find the time allowed at th elation was sufficient, dropped off at just after 11, then after a wait in reception and being given instructions we only had about an hour in the lagoon as need to be back to the coach for 1.30
