O que esperar

Este passeio de mergulho de classe mundial inclui dois mergulhos na ravina de Silfra, um dos segredos mais bem guardados da Islândia. Está situado no coração do Parque Nacional Þingvellir, local de fundação do parlamento mais antigo do mundo e património mundial da UNESCO. Silfra é uma cena de outro mundo localizada no campo de lava diretamente no topo do vale do rift continental entre a América e a Europa.

A corrente lenta proporciona um ritmo perfeito para explorar esta bela área. A visibilidade da água doce é incomparável, tão ampla e longa que às vezes só é limitada pela densidade da própria água. A profundidade varia de 10 a 40 metros. A profundidade do mergulho é limitada a 18 metros pelos regulamentos do parque.
ATENÇÃO: No inverno, se a temperatura cair abaixo de -0°C, haverá apenas um mergulho prolongado. Isso ocorre porque o equipamento de mergulho irá congelar quando você sair da água.

  • Como você usará uma máscara de snorkeling/mergulho para ver debaixo d'água, não pode haver nada no caminho da foca que impeça que ela se encha de água. Para isso, não é possível usar óculos por baixo da máscara. Por favor, traga lentes de contato ou sua própria máscara com receita médica.
