This half-day tour of Brač just gets better and better. You'll visit an olive oil museum in Skrip, see traditional stonemasons at work in Pucisca, and end the day on a high at Vidova Gora – the highest point in the Adriatic islands. Add in some Dalmatian wine tasting to the mix and it's a great introduction to the island's history and culture.
Leaving Supetar early in the morning, we'll wind our way up to the hamlet of Skrip. The island's oldest settlement, it's where you'll visit a fascinating Olive Oil Museum.
Next up is the Pucisca, a pretty, coastal town famed for its white limestone quarry. We'll stop by for a visit and also drop into Croatia's only stonemason school followed by a tasting of local wine. The last stop of the tour is the summit of Vidova Gora. At 780m, it offers panoramic views over not just Brač but other islands, including Hvar, Vis, Korčula and the Peljesac peninsula.
