Wil je de wilde dieren ontdekken die de zee rond Reykjavik bezetten? Zo ja, dan is dit de tour voor jou!

Je zult drie uur op zee doorbrengen met een deskundige bemanning en speciaal opgeleide natuuronderzoekers terwijl je op zoek gaat naar walvissen, dolfijnen en andere dieren in het wild. Dwergvinvissen en bultruggen, witsnuitdolfijnen en bruinvissen zijn enkele van de meest geziene soorten en als je geluk hebt, kun je zelfs orka's, gewone vinvissen en Noordse vinvissen zien. Ze zijn het gemakkelijkst te spotten in de zomer, wat ons de kans geeft om ze in hun natuurlijke habitat te zien terwijl ze dicht bij de kust aan het eten zijn, maar uit onderzoek blijkt dat er steeds meer het hele jaar door in het gebied blijven. Een van de andere hoogtepunten van deze tour is de mogelijkheid om de ongelooflijke landschappen en uitzichten op de baai te zien. Het maakt je ervaring nog specialer!

Verzamelpunt:

Ga naar het loket in de oude haven in het centrum van Reykjavik, waar je je voucher kunt inwisselen voor toegangsbewijzen. Daarna kun je de bemanning ontmoeten in het bezoekerscentrum, een paar treden verderop op de pier.
