Aqua Park Nessebar

We had to wait about 15 minutes for shuttle on way there. Departed per schedule on return.

I believe the advert for this trip is very misleading. As it advertised an English speaking tour guide, I expected a TUI operated transfer. However, having spoken via messages to a TUI representative, apparently we were expected to use the free shuttle which is operated by the aqua park. Had this been pointed out at the time of the booking, I’d have booked directly with the park instead of waiting half an hour for a bus which didn’t arrive and subsequently paying for expensive taxis each way.

Over an hour to get in. Should just buy direct from park. Bus journey back no one knew if bus was correct. Rude operators . Worst TUI experience in years

I found this to be very good value for money. We bought the day passes. The idea of having not to carry any cash or values around all day was a god send. You just load up your bracelet with monies and just tap that throughout the day fir Ny food, snacks or drinks. Such a simple process. Staff were very patient and helpful. The choice of food was very good a bit of something for everyone and very reasonably priced for a themed park.

The waterpark itself was amazing. I am abit scared of the bigger rides so chose to avoid but my husband loved them all. There’s so much to do everyone will enjoy it whether you’re a daredevil or not. My only issue when there was the wasps / hornets at the food areas. I am extremely frightened of them so because the food areas were outside we were swarmed and I had to leave without eating. I did not experience this in any other part of the park and I would absolutely go back.

Bis was so hot and sweat! We decided on a taxi back which was half the time and alot cooler.
