Locarno: Full-Day Ticket to the Termali Salini & Spa Locarno

1. Locarno: Full-Day Ticket to the Termali Salini & Spa Locarno

Get a full-day ticket to the Termali Salini & Spa in Locarno. Experience the deep relaxation of bathing in 35° C thermal saltwater. Get full access to the Lido Locarno, a lakeside swimming complex complete with slides. Be greeted by private access to the pristine waters of Lake Maggiore. Bathe in vertically arranged pools and explore the spa's various sections. From the outdoor pool, admire a view of the lake and the mountains. The pool's architecture is reminiscent of the Ticino river valleys, reflected in its modern abstract design which features alcoves, grottos, and waterfalls. Have the option to purchase a private spa treatment onsite. The private spas are located on the upper floor and offer a high degree of privacy. Whether you opt for a treatment or not, you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the private terrace with a view of the lake.

Verzasca Valley: 4-Hour Canyoning in Corippo

2. Verzasca Valley: 4-Hour Canyoning in Corippo

The tour begins with a leisurely 15-minute ascent where you can admire beautiful Corippo, known as the village with the fewest inhabitants in Switzerland. After leaving the village of Corippo behind, you approach the Corippo Valley to begin canyoning through the Verzasca Valley.  After the safety briefing, you will start immediately with a slide of 30 feet. This canyon in particular is ideal for families and large groups with braver and less brave people. Each descent offers the possibility of slowly rappelling down, or for the more courageous, the rappelling points become slides up to 50 feet with jumps up to 30 feet into emerald-green pools. As you continue deeper into the canyon, you’ll eventually reach pathways no more than 6-feet wide for a true canyoning experience. After about 1.5 hours in the gorge, you’ll jet down the last slide that leads directly into Lake Vogorno. After swimming across the lake, it’s up to you what to do — you can visit a traditional Swiss Ticino Grotto restaurant, or head back to your car with a 15-minute walk.

I spoke with the assistance of get you guide and he confirmed that the sauna is included in the ticket. The property asked me for a supplement for the sauna. The situation made me uncomfortable

Great facility if you just want to switch off and relax. The view of Lake M. from the outdoor pool is magnificent!

Nice facility, but smaller than expected (visit without sauna & spa)
