We opted for the package with transportation which was very comfortable. The large airboat was very spacious and we didn’t get wet at all. Those on the smaller airboats got soaked so happy to avoid that. I didn’t catch the name of our driver but he had a good sense of humor. We saw a lot of alligators of all sizes and turtles. A couple time the driver stopped to let us float as he told us info about alligators and gave us a history of the swamp. A highlight was when he brought out a baby alligator for us to hold! It was about a foot long and so incredibly cute. Overall this was a great experience we’d highly recommend. Make sure to wear sunscreen, clothes you don’t mind getting wet and ladies tie up you hair!

Busy day from the bayou boat ride to Oak Alley tour! The only complaint is the bus ride...if you’re in the back seats every bump the bus hits you will go flying but not the fault of the tour company...typical roads in and around New Orleans. The bayou boat ride was fun and the weather was great! The alligators came out to eat marshmallows so plenty of opportunities to see and take photos of the gators. The Oak Alley plantation was great and informative...it is history...not the best moment in our history but nevertheless a part of our history. It is this history that reminds us to never repeat this sort of behavior. Don’t forget to take the photo of the oak tree arches in front of the house!

Our tour was so much fun. We saw 5-6 alligators, a few turtles, and got to hold a baby gator & take pictures. Our tour guide was very informative, funny, and it was a great experience. Loved it! Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I had a great time! We got to see some gators and beautiful scenery. It gets a bit chilly on the boat with the breeze, if you get cold easily, bring an extra coat or blanket!

best thing we did all week! it was beautiful, interesting, informative, AND we got to hold a baby alligator, which 100% made my day. loved it!!
