Tour in autobus hop-on hop-off di Düsseldorf di 24 ore

It was a hop on, hop off bus tour. What more is there to say.

Bus stop hard to find, it would have been better if information booklet available on cruise ship then you could plan No real places of interest to see Didn’t feel it was value for money

We waited for a bus at numerous locations and never got on. Did not see a bus anywhere. Only later in the day to be told by a local coffee bar the route stops had changed due to Christmas markets. When I have to get my refund, it has not been possible as I was too late. My elderly parents had to walk a lot more than expected and return to the ship. Complete waste of money.

We love everything about hop on hop off buses everywhere in the world. Fantastic concept that is a massive success and rightly so.

The roof was down despite the very sunny weather. Also we could not WiFi reception to enable to produce our QR code meant we had to pay again for the tour. We complained to our rep on the cruise but he said it was a third party charge and nothing could be done. However it transpires WD paid our fees to TUI not the third party therefore they could have spoken on our behalf. I will be querying this with by Credit Card Company
