Troll Expedition is the best tour service in all of iceland. Bus is new with wifi and USB plugs. The guides are friendly, fun and knowledgeable (shout out to Julian). The volcano is not currently erupting, however, it is still active with steam rising from the lava field. It can be challenging on the incline to hike but overall not too bad. There's even views of the ocean and a view of the cascade where the lava traveled between valleys. So cool

This was an awesome trip. Our guide was excellent and very informative. The hike up the volcano was a true hike. As it was a beautiful day we were able to hike 300m elevation and get amazing views of the lava fields, the crater and surrounding scenery. The Blue Lagoon was equally as amazing! We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel which made the trip even better. Would definitely recommend

Guide, Simon made a great trip truly exciting. He told me about the whole trip about Iceland and the getaways that involved a wide variety of things. In addition, he had small surprises during the trip.

We had such a great day! Our guide, Simon, was fabulous and extremely knowledgeable and interesting. My son (14) said this was his favorite day in Iceland!

Fantastic guide. Lots of facts about volcanoes and Iceland. Well organised trip. Highly recommended.
