You'll begin your adventure with a visit to Stella Croatica, where you can indulge in some local, handmade delicacies and taste local flavours. And as you arrive into Krka National Park, prepare to be immersed into a day of exploration. Scenic wooden walkways weave through a breathtaking landscape dotted with waterfalls and tranquil lakes, offering stunning views and photo opportunities along the way. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about local traditions and visit a historic water mill.

But the highlight of your visit is sure to be Skradinski Buk – a spectacular natural pool framed by 17 cascading waterfalls, creating a dramatic and photogenic backdrop. This area is not only a feast for the eyes but also a vital habitat for diverse wildlife. Keep your eyes peeled for the park's varied birdlife, including nightingales, herons, falcons, and owls, which add to the park's natural allure. You'll have some free time here to explore and also grab a bite to eat.

- Dommage que ce ne soit pas un guide francophone, je ne doute pas des explications très complètes mais nous n'avons pas tout compris > frustrant! - La durée ds le parc est insuffisante... pas su terminer à l'aise, pas vu les boutiques.... il nous a manqué 30 à 60 min

La promenade sur le parcours en planches est très agréable. Le parc est bien ombragé. C'est bien aussi que les visiteurs marchent dans le même sens, on n'a pas l'impression qu'il y a beaucoup de gens. (quelques uns doivent toujours marcher en sens inverse, ce qui rend les croisements un peu compliqué. Continuez ainsi, entretenez le ainsi, alors il n'y aura pas grand chose à faire pour améliorer. Petit bémol : pas assez de toilettes pour tellement de visiteurs

If you're craving a slice of nature and want a change from the throng of Croatia's historic cities, then the Neretva Delta is what you're after. Within an hour and a half of Split, it's a mosaic of waterways, marshes and lagoons that you can peacefully meander along as you switch your holiday to a slower pace for the day.You'll arrive in the morning at Villa Neretva, where you'll board a trupica – a traditional Croatian riverboat – and take to the waterways of the Neretva River. The river's wetlands sprawl across Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a relatively small stretch flowing through Croatia before it pours out into the Adriatic Sea. In this protected conservation area, you'll glide through the clear water, with a good chance of spotting herons, egrets and pygmy cormorants. There are over 300 species of birds here among the other wildlife, so keep an eye out for some more unusual finds, like colourful kingfishers, black and yellow fire salamanders and vibrant Balkan green lizards.Past Lake Kuti, you'll stop for lunch at Neretva House Tavern, which can only be reached by boat, for a feast of traditional Dalmatian dishes. Then, relax as you weave through the green wetlands, on your return to land.

Amazing landscapes and adrenaline-pumping adventure are the name of the game in this River Cetina rafting excursion. You'll make your way along the Dalmatian coast towards Omis and then climb up the western slopes of the Dinaric Alps to the starting point. The descent ends a few hours later in the lower Cetina gorge.We'll head to Omis – a pretty town at the mouth of a rocky gorge on the River Cetina. From here, we'll drive up into the mountains. On arrival at the launching pad for the descent by raft, you'll be given a quick safety briefing and kitted out with wetsuits, helmets and life vests.Next, you'll take a seat in your raft, ready for a ride through the rugged canyon. Expect fast-moving rapids and calm currents as the raft skims, spins and glides over the foamy water. Your rafting adventure lasts about three hours, before ending at the lower gorge. Here, you can leave your rafts behind and jump into the river for a dip or explore the neighbouring forest.
