  • Please note: starting December 2024, access to St. Peter's Basilica may be limited due to the Vatican's Jubilee Year 2025, which includes special events and ceremonies. These closures are determined by the Vatican and are beyond control. Thank you for your understanding
  • Please note that particular galleries of the Vatican museums may be closed without prior notice and pieces may be removed for restoration. In such case, your guide will take you to another section of the museum
  • The special passage between the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica is closed on Wednesdays and is subject to other unexpected closures during special celebrations. On such days, you'll explore the Pinacoteca Gallery instead
  • Sometimes guides may not be allowed to give tours inside St. Peter's Basilica, in which case they will share a brief explanation from outside, and you'll be free to visit the Basilica by yourself
  • Men and women must cover knees and shoulders to enter religious sites. The local operator cannot be held responsible for those denied entry
  • Groups are limited to a maximum of 18 people
  • Between January 12 and March 31, 2026, the Vatican Museums will carry out a dedicated preservation project focused on Michelangelo’s Last Judgment. The Sistine Chapel will remain open, but the fresco will be temporarily covered by scaffolding during this period, this specific artwork will be temporarily out of view during the restoration period. Thank you for your understanding.
  • This tour operator is an accredited tour operator with an official ticketing agreement with the Vatican Museums

    Audio udstyret var ikke bedste kvalitet. Når der er meget andet larm er det svært at høre med kun en høreprop, især når der tales med accent. Guiden var god til at holde os samlet trods rigtig mange mennesker!
