La ciudad de Kos de día

We were left waiting on the side of the road for 50 minutes for a bus that turned up at 9:10 not 8:20 as stated with no communication. Pregnant partner and a toddler this isn’t great

Coach driver prompt and polite. Appreciate it was self guided tour but there was a guide on the bus who could have given a little more info. May be trip could come with small map/suggestions? The castle in Kos town is shut for refurb. Most archeological sites seem to shut Tues (we went Monday) so if had booked a day after (nearly did) would have been cross. Essentially was just an expensive bus ticket but went door to door and we enjoyed visiting Kos town.

Given enough time to wander, eat and shop.

Very disorganised we were left at the marina no guide and not told when to return or where to return to for the return bus. Was supposed to include an audio guide but this did not materialise. The other tui guides in other tours were unhelpful and did not speak English or at least didn’t when I tried to ask them for help.

The service for the return transfer was nonexistent.very poor communication throughout. This spoiled an otherwise lovely day.

The coach came on time to the hotel and we spent over 4 hours in Kos town as per the tour information. No guide as stated but the driver did make sure we knew the coach number and pick up point etc., before we left the coach. Not sure there is much wrong with the trip as only about 3or 4 pick ups/drop offs in our area. Probably only took about 10 minutes longer than by taxi due to pick ups.
