Very interesting to discover the city using the preferred mode of transport of the locals. You have to get into it but it allows you to travel around the city much faster. Our guide managed the walk very well and even if her French sometimes seemed a little rusty she managed to give us the essential information.

Staying in Amsterdam, we started exploring the city with this guided bike tour. This allowed us to discover the emblematic places of the city, to learn about the architecture, the Dutch way of life, to learn to ride a bike like an Amsterdammer :) , In short, a very nice visit. To recommend !!!

2h30 bike tour on the tracks of Amsterdam with Quentin our young and friendly French guide who shares with us anecdotes, relevant information on the way of life here and leads us off the beaten track while making us discover unusual places like this quiet inner courtyard with an unsuspected garden behind a banal street facade. The address to eat the best apple pie in town turned out to be relevant. We were two couples, so perfect not to get lost and enjoy. We were lucky that the weather was nice, it would probably have been different in the rain, even if they provide ponchos! The meeting place being a little out of the way and for us at 1:30 p.m. we were able to eat in a small restaurant that serves bagels prepared as they are so very fresh right next to the bike rental shop so as not to be late. Be careful not to choose a bike that is too high for people who are not very tall
