The guide was lovely, picked us up from our hotel, was friendly and welcoming The peninsular springs are lovely, quite a big area, so helpful to have a plan if you’re keen to visit most areas. The towels were included, but they didn’t agree to change it when it was very wet, one would have to hire, I do think there should be towels free to take if your towels are very wet. Return trip was 11/2 hours after schedule, so maybe don’t make plans after the tour,

This being my third time I have visited I was not disappointed. They have added alot more things like glamping, night bathing and more areas to relax(eg lay in a hammock)If you've never been your missing out on a full day of relaxation. I suffer from tendinitis and mild arthritis and I always come away feeling no pain.

As a Gym Owner, I paid for six long term members as reward for their commitment to my Gym. They all were completely overwhelmed by the day. A fantastic day, well organised and planned. I will be sending another group in the near future. Dennis Armstrong
