    Full description

    Start your tour from Ban Jelacic Square and journey through past and present of Zagreb. First, stop at the historic entrance to the Old Town, the 13th century Stone Gate. Visit St. Mark's Square and see the iconic St. Mark's Church and St. Catherine's Church with its pink ceiling.

    Ascend to the top of Lotrščak Tower, the best viewpoint in the whole city. Ride with one of the world's shortest funiculars - the famous Zagreb Funicular with its spectacular views.

    Walk through the tunnels built by the fascists during the Second World War and visit the Bloody Bridge, a place of many conflicts over centuries of Zagreb's turbulent past.

    Stop at Dolac, the largest green market in the city and take in the colors and aromas of this lively market. See the grand Zagreb Cathedral nearby, the largest church in Croatia. Finish your journey back at Ban Jelacic Square.

    excellent tour overall. For unk reasons, the booking agency cancelled our initial booking, and we never rec'd confirmation of our attempt to re-book, so we missed the first attempt to execute the tour. The tour folks reached out and thankfully we were able to re-sked to the next day. Our guide (Diana or Doris ...sorry, three different names were passing back & forth in txt's and i can't recall the name of our guide for this tour among the dozen tours we took this trip) was excellent. Very knowledgeable and a good English speaker.

    Katarina is one of the best tour guides I've ever had! she is extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. we enjoyed her tour so much we came back a few hours later for her WWII, communism, and Croatian war tour which we would also highly recommend. we left feeling like we made a new friend!

    Really enjoyed the tour with Vid. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable. We've been on tours all over and Vid might be our #1 favorite. Zagreb is certainly our favorite of all of Croatia. We loved it so much, we're considering buying a small apartment of our own. Vid just made us love the city and the people so much.
