Full description
Be collected from the cruise ship port in Zadar and driven to Skradin to board a boat for a 30-minute ride. Take a guided walking tour past Skradinski Buk and visit the park's ethnographic collections, mills, and weaving workshops. Explore the ecologically diverse Krka National Park on a boat tour. The park covers an area of just over 142 square km (88 square miles). The top attraction of the park are the magnificent waterfalls, including the famous Skradinski Buk Falls, which is one of Croatia's most famous sights.  Due to the special position of the park, with various types of habitats, is it characterized by exceptionally rich and varied flora and fauna. The abundance of various species of birds and the significance of Krka National Park for spring and fall migrations make this an ideal tour for both the amateur and experienced birdwatcher.

Site was pretty and the drive was very nice.

We had a mix up at pickup. Our instructions said meet the tour van at the taxi stand and look for a Get Your Guide Sign. Our guide was actually in the bus station and had a sign with our name on it. We lost 30 minutes of tour just trying to catch up with the guide. The phone number on the instructions also did not work. There must be a secret code to add when using a US based phone. We had a local taxi driver call the guide. The guide was a little perturbed and tended to act that way for most of the tour towards others, not us. She was very informative and kept trying to get us back to the ship at 4:30 instead of 3:30. We kept trying to explain that 4:30 would not work as that was the time when they lifted the gangway as the ship leaves port at 5:00PM. She did gets us back at 3:30PM. On the tour of the park she went backwards through the walkway which was fine with us as we did not have to wait on long lines but it did upset all of the others doing the right thing
