Jamaica; no problem!

We had originally booked the combo with Appleton Estates, but this was not available- instead we were offered a very small group with a wonderful guide Julian who was multilingual and switched back and forth from French to English with ease, and and incredible driver Michael, (Jamaican roads are craaasy!) My partner was talking to them a bit about traditional Jamaican food and they pulled over twice for us to experience different aspects ('bad akee mon'- wasn't ripe, so is poisonous; and crayfish!) We went 1st to Ys, which is an amazing set of falls, this is a great place for people of all abilities and we had a guide up the falls and to use the rope swings for just the two of us, who catered to our abilities to get the best out of the experience! Then we headed to the Black River delta, where we had a traditional lunch of Jerk chicken, rice with beans, and beef in brown sauce. Out onto the river, we were told about the Croc reserve- only 300 left wild, and we saw three that day!

What a great excursion! The driver was right on time and very friendly. We turned out to be the only ones that day so unexpectedly got a private tour. The driver told us about the cities, local customs and nature along the way. Once we arrived at the black river, we turned out to have a private boat here too. The trip over the river is beautiful! You will get nice/instructive information and you will (almost certainly) spot crocodiles. Then we continued to the YS waterfalls. Lunch was also here. The lunch is good with quite a few choices (jerk chicken, hamburger, fish, etc.). The YS waterfalls are very beautiful and fun to visit. Together with a guide you will go to the different parts to swim and take pictures. After this you can still use the pools near the waterfalls which is very nice.

The driver or tour guide was very friendly, thanks to Rolando. We had a nice day, the drive from Negril about 2 hours to the YS Falls. A beautiful experience and a particularly beautiful park. Can only recommend it to everyone. We had agreed a good 3 hours with the guide, including lunch. Then we continued for about 20 minutes in the direction of the Black River, the Safri in a picturesque natural paradise and crocodiles can also be admired. We had a nice day.

Driver was fantastic! Tours were fun and exciting. My only issue is that it could have been a little longer.
