Set up in 1940 as a satellite camp to Sachsenhausen, prisoners at Gross-Rosen were put to work in the construction of a system of subcamps. Our driver Gregory was very friendly and informative giving us lots of information. The visit to Gross Rosen itself was very interesting and moving. I would highly recommend!

perfect service unless misunderstanding about the departure time

difficulty and misunderstanding about the departure time from the hotel. We were picked up from the hotel at a different time and in advance (during breakfast) than reported.
