If you can climb a ladder, you can take on Wildwire’s via ferrata (iron walkway) in Wanaka. Wildwire offers an adventure like no other. You choose which challenge is right for your clients. Go Wild is our shortest climb taking one hour. Wild Thing, our most popular climb, takes three hours. Lord of the Rungs, our advanced section, take upwards of five hours with a helicopter collecting you at the top. All climbs utilise wire bridges and iron rungs to scale the side of Wanaka’s spectacular Twin Falls waterfalls. The exposure of the climbs increases the higher you go. We stop regularly on all tours so you can take in the dramatic and breath-taking views. Our highly-experienced team ensure your safety at all stages.
