The tour was very interesting and well organised. However on our return to Kraków the driver dropped us off in a completely different area of the city which we were not familiar with. We should have been taken back to the pick up point.

Travel arrangements all organised all went well, but we were disappointed with the guide at the site itself, you are given headphones to listen in to the guide, these didn't work that well so you missed a lot of the information as the transmission kept breaking up and our guide was so dull and un inspired about what she was talking about.

Very nice guide tour. The guide wasnt heard very clearly from the headphones and had sometimes difficulty understanding due to him speaking low. Otherwise very satisfied.
