Broome: Unique 1.5-Hour Pearling History Tour

1. Broome: Unique 1.5-Hour Pearling History Tour

This unique 1 hour tour offers a guided commentary on Broome’s pearling history. Travel back in time to an era of courageous men who lived a life of danger, fortune and adventure. Visitors are captivated as 150 years of Broome’s unique maritime and pearling heritage unfolds in the very environment where the history was made, amongst the mangroves on the foreshore of Roebuck Bay’s Dampier Creek. Pearl Luggers is located right in the heart of ‘Chinatown’ and features a fully rigged and restored pearl lugger surrounded by a replica inter-tidal jetty and tenders store. What people are saying about Western Australia

Knowing the history of WW1, I knew it was going to be an emotion journey but being able to follow the story of one particular soldier, made the whole experience more engaging. To see the war horse sculpture against the backdrop of panoramic King George Sound, took my breath away. Excellent day!!!

Great for kids plus those who are kids at heart! Awesome range and some consoles never even knew existed. Got to play a variety of games with minimal waiting. Great layout and even a rest zone for the less enthused of the family. Plus clean bathrooms and snack bar. Will be back!

It was exciting to learn about the bell tower and my son and I enjoyed reading history and looking the city from each level. The team workers are very kind people.

Fabulous location!! All the information was put together in a very interesting and interactive way. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the surrounding area.

Fantastic place for a stroll down memory lane with video games. You won't be disappointed
