I learned so much about each temple history and the history of Thailand through my guide, Sid. Both Sid and Pon were so kind & accommodating! Sid let me partake in the praying and offering at each temple and explained all the etiquette and customs. At the end of the tour they even made a stop (at my personal request) at Waroros Market so I can pick up some durian chips to bring home. I recommend anyone who’s looking to see some of Chiang Mai’s temples to take this tour.

Our guide, Po, spoke very good English, and told us really a lot about history of the places. He was very interested in sharing a lot of culture himself, and we really left knowing a lot about Thailand, people, culture and religion, than before. All temples were beautiful and museum visit was very interesting. This is a very good choice of tour to start exploring Chiang mai.

I had Paul take me on the tour and wow he is exceptionally knowledgeable. This was the best way to see the temples in Chiang Mai so you can understand the story and history of what you’re looking at. Paul (his English name), was so knowledgeable, courteous and I was engaged throughout. Cold water and face towel in the searing heat. Highly recommend this tour!
