The tour was perfect. The torture guide, Tyrone, was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and had many unique facts to share. He was funny. My three children (ages 5, 13, and 15)and I were all very impressed. He even captured wonderful family pictures at multiple landmarks. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Being offered bottled water was a plus!

The tour itself was fantastic and our guide, Cassie, was very knowledgeable. We were very disappointed that we were not picked up at our hotel as promised. We had to Uber at the last minute which was stressful and costly. Sadly, Sally at the office did not pass along the message to the driver to pick us up, nor did anyone pick up the phone when we called to inquire about it.

      the guide is super

The whole trip is good and well organized. Easy to find the gathering place. The bus is clean and water provided all the trip. Our guide Tyrone is very friendly and funny. He is the star and from him we learned a lot more about DC. Wonderful trip. I took one star away is because the drop off spot changed and we had to walked a bit ... anyway I recommend this trip.
