Excellent guide and service. Guide very knowledgeable with positive attitude. Patient and kind. Bus driver also very competent and personable. Arlington cemetery was exceptional as well as the monuments to MLK and Rosevelt. Tour guide very knowledgeable about all sites and provided detailed information that made each site more interesting and meaningful. Definitely would use this tour group again. Walked over 5 miles on the tour. Lincoln monument with numerous flights of steps and guide allowed persons to skip and meet at next site. Remember this is a guided tour and participants need to keep up the pace with guide. Allowances are made for persons to stay on the bus at stops for rest if needed. Very accommodating.

We were disappointed as the information was not complete in the directions. We were told to meet at the Arlington cemetery metro stop. We were there early by 7:30am but what wasn’t explained at all is that there was no parking available at Arlington until 8am so we had to go to the pentagon metro to park and by the time we got back we missed the Arlington cemetery portion. Then when I was finally able to a hold of the guide he told me to meet them at the entrance to the national archives and I told him I was on the public entrance and he said nothing and again I called him and he advised, oh we just left and are at the capital now. He sent the bus back for my and my wife but were were very disappointed in both the lack of explicit written instructions and the verbal communications with our guide and missed the Arlington cemetery, national archives and the capital portions. The rest of the tour was enjoyable but the start was very disappointing
