This was great. Good info, really good food. Loved that there was a story behind every good food place, and that they have a mission to help people. My only complaint is that it was advertised as a 3 hour tour, and it ended about 2 hr 15 min. Also, the last 2 food stops were back to back and because of the shorter timeline it was a lot of food fast. But delicious!
since the first restaurant was not known before the start of the your better direction on where to find the guide; it is in the alley? or at the top of the street..etc.; should be explained that not all restaurants are "sit" down; how to advise of allergies -special requests etc.
Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the DC area. Our guide, Eli was so knowledgeable about the history of Georgetown. The small plates we tasted from the 5 great restaurants were all delicious. Eli also included the history of the restaurants and their proprietors.
David met us at the District Doughnut House and the adventure began. The historical information was very interesting, the food was delicious and we appreciated the commitment to local vendors who have a unique story and witness. A great afternoon! Highly recommend.
David was a very pleasant guide, well-informed, interesting. It is evident he enjoys his job! Nice history combined with delicious food stops! Highly recommend to anyone wanting this Georgetown experience!
