Full description
After being collected at 6:15 AM, travel to Auschwitz. Join a group of visitors for a 3.5-hour tour in English. Learn about the largest of the Nazi concentration camps and extermination centers where more than 1.6 million men, women, and children lost their lives during the Second World War. Walk through the museum which displays evidence of the genocide. A film made after the liberation of the camp is shown in various languages at the museum. Then cross over to  Auschwitz II Birkenau where people of all nationalities and political or religious persuasions were imprisoned.  Return to Krakow where your guide will show you the most beautiful corners of the city during a 3-hour tour. Feel the charm of the capital, explore the beautiful buildings, narrow cozy streets, and polish cuisine. Krakow is one of the most beautiful Polish cities, with traditions dating back more than 1,000 years. Unpreparedness in the tourism service

The driver initially arrived late; then there was a half-hour delay in picking us up in Krakow and taking us to Auschwitz. He said that his "google maps" was in trouble and he didn't know how to get to the place the Krakow guide indicated. When I called the company, I was informed that the driver did know how to drive in Krakow (who to believe?). On the return trip, the driver was still watching football game on his cell phone while driving. A real nonsense. Very unprepared for tourist service. Very difficult communication in English, including with the driver. I don't recommend this service. The guide in Krakow was great, as well as in the concentration camps, but the shuttle service leaves a lot to be desired.
