Well organized tour

Very organized excursion, a driver picked us up from the hotel hall, took us to the train, left us in the right carriage, explained everything we would have to do, namely the documents we would have to present to the pica of the moved, meanwhile. Krakow already had a guide waiting for us who made a brief visit to the historic center, then we had about an hour to meet and have lunch, however we went to the meeting point, where a driver picked us up and drove us to Auschwitz with a English guide, I advise you to buy the guide if any element does not understand English, since it is exactly the visit we make. In the meantime we went to the second concentration camp with the same guide, after which our driver took us back to Krakow and asked if we wanted to stay we chose the station since we were already tired and we returned by train. It is very worth it is trip through the organization but it is a bit tiring.

Once some confusion about pick up time was resolved (phone was answered immediately, person was very helpful) the day went very well. Got picked up at hotel by a representative, driven to train station, got train passes and clear instructions... arrived in Krakow and again met by company rep, got clear instructions on how to catch bus, when to return, train to take back to Warsaw... our guide on the bus and for the tour of the camp was excellent, very knowledgeable, organized... after train ride back to Warsaw, again met on the platform by company rep, who put me into a taxi back to my hotel (and paid for the taxi !) all in all, an excellent experience...

Amazing ! Thank you for this awesome experience!

Driver -czeslaw was superb! He showed us around krakow before taking us to the camp! Told us good places to eat and great tips! You made the trip so worth while. We were dreading the 6am wake up and the train rides but to the person who picked us up and to the driver you made it all worth it! One of the best activities I have done all around Europe! So thank you!
