Took the afternoon tea and tour of the resident animals package. Boat left the wharf at 12.00pm followed by a scenic trip to Walter Peak farm. Our guide was also the sheep dog handler with both his dogs being English Collies. Animals included Highland cattle, goats, deer, pigs and donkeys which could all be hand fed. Children particularly enjoyed this task. Afternoon tea had many and various treats which became our lunch. The display of the sheep dogs abilities followed demonstrating their importance to the farmers. This is a working sheep farm with over 20,000 sheep. Well worth a visit!

A nice relaxed trip with breathtaking views, the farm visit was a highlight especially Dougal the Highland cow, and the amazing working dogs ,the trip was topped off with a delicious afternoon tea

Lovely surround views on the way over and back. The lunch was delicious with more than enough variety and the walk around Walter Peak Farm was a great way to top it off. Loved the dog show too!
