On arrival Rob was really welcoming and chatty - he wasn’t rushing to get our activity finished, despite it being his last slot of the day. Rob was brilliant at demonstrating all safety measures and all techniques possible to get the best experience out of the zip lining. Rob also provided interesting aspects of history linked to the Waitomo area throughout the activity. It was a gorgeous sunny evening and the views from each zip line were divine. Thanks Rob!

Practising on smaller ziplines first was good for building confidence. The instructors' directions were clear and safety was always a priority. The experience was fun and enjoyable.
