Fantastic activity adventure led by Rob and Kelly who are very professional, skilled and patient with beginners. They teach you how to take responsibility for your own equipment but keep a close eye on you to make sure everything is OK. Starts on short lines through the trees which builds your confidence for the longer zips higher up the hill. Totally exhilarating and you get a huge sense of achievement when you've completed the 10 zips.

This experience is hands-on! You learn how to clip and un-clip safely and progressively move to longer and faster zip lines. Rob, the owner was very accommodating to delayed arrival and rescheduled us for an open spot the next day. He even helped us make it to our next scheduled event on time!

On arrival Rob was really welcoming and chatty - he wasn’t rushing to get our activity finished, despite it being his last slot of the day. Rob was brilliant at demonstrating all safety measures and all techniques possible to get the best experience out of the zip lining. Rob also provided interesting aspects of history linked to the Waitomo area throughout the activity. It was a gorgeous sunny evening and the views from each zip line were divine. Thanks Rob!
