We really enjoyed our visit to the treaty grounds. We learned so much about the Maori culture and history and developed quite an appreciation for the struggles they faced. The museums were excellent and the grounds were really beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the singing/dancing cultural performance and hangi.

This is a wonderful place. The museums, Treaty House and top Marae are great. We did a tour and the tour guide was well informed and was able to answer any questions. If you are a kiwi you should only pay $25 each not the $50 charged by this site.

Had a great time, learnt so much, guides and facilities were excellent. Very different from when I was there 18 years ago. A must do, for any Kiwi

Great excursion, had enough time at each stop point and the driver was very knowledgeable. the driver was also flexible to our needs.

I definitely recommend doing this tour. Great staff and tour guide. It is a wonderful experience.
