The tour was excellent. The commentary there was informative about Honolulu. Peaked my interest to study more. We went to two locations. I did not realize that we were to leave our belongings at the first place until we got back at the end of the day. It pays to listen up! Or better yet, take items that fit in your pockets. Fanny pouch size is not allowed. This meant that unless I plan ahead, I can't shop or purchase food because I left my money in my wallet (checked in). But I wish I had taken more time in the museum and surrounding area. Time was short at the Pearl Harbor Arizona/ history section. Plan on a lot of time to read the history sign-boards.

Pro:I very convenient to be driven through the traffic &Waikiki downtown traffic. Our drive &guide was informative of landmarks &points of interest we came upon, as well as, some Hawaiian history. She was accommodating to riders needs. For the most part, she was very cheerful, talkative, and smiling Con: At our initial pickup site, she seem frazzled &particularly short tempered with a couple from Israel who was having trouble understanding & “complying” with her requests. This was probably due to her being almost half hour behind schedule, due to our bus having mechanical issues that delayed our pickup by over a half hour. But, towards the end of the tour, after our bags were checked in, (no bags allowed on base for security reasons), she appeared agitated(eyes rolling back & sighing), w/same Israeli gentleman for having a shopping bag of purchases that was aquired AT the secured base gift shop! Saying,“ They let you through with that?” in sarcastic tone.W/no apology for the error

Nomi was AWESOME. She picked us up on time at the Waikiki Beach hotel. I called ahead telling the customer representative that we have a wheelchair for my mon. The representative made sure that we will be with a tour bus equipped with wheelchair accommodation. It was. My family enjoyed every single minute on the tour. We loved the opened trolley tour. The tour was perfectly timed from the moment she picked us up to the minute she dropped us off at the Waikiki Beach hotel. I would DEFINITELY recommend this tour to my friend and family. I can tell that everyone LOVED Nomi since her tip jar was full of appreciation. Thank you for making a this a GREAT family trip for us. Cuong Vu
