2. From Split: Krka NP with Lunch, Liqueur Tasting and Snacks

Discover the wonders of Krka National Park on a tour from Split. See the Skradinski Buk and Roški waterfalls and swim in the clear water. Learn about the park from guides and try local spirits. Depart Split and travel in air-conditioned comfort to Krka National Park. Take photos of the spectacular scenery in real time as you drive towards the impressive waterfalls of the park. Visit three of the nicest locations within Krka National Park starting at Skradinski Buk waterfalls, the largest travertine waterfall in Europe, with a stop for a view of the 2,000-year old town of Skradin located within the Krka National Park river canyon. Cross the lake by boat on arrival, and get around 4 hours of free time to relax, go for a swim, or learn more about the natural history of the park from the on-hand guides. Take in stunning views of the Island of Visovac, one of the most photographed islands in Croatia. Go on a stroll through this very relaxed part of the park, noting all the beautiful flora and the fauna of the park in the best way possible. Continue to the Roški waterfalls, Krka is a secret corner of the park which is still relatively undiscovered by commercial tourism. Visit the Ethno village and its 700-year-old watermill. Enjoy an optional traditional meal at a waterside restaurant. Savor the local meats, salads, and cheese platter paired with regional white or red wine. On the way back to Split, stop at a local konoba or homestead restaurant. Try out complimentary schnapps and liquors which are produced on the homestead. Please note that in the winter months (from November 1–March 31), the park closes early, the boat trip from Skradin is unavailable, and the restaurant is closed. As a result, you'll leave the park at approximately 2 PM and visit the seaside city of Trogir for about 1 hour. Explore this beautiful town and enjoy lunch there prior to returning to Split at approximately 4 PM.

We really enjoyed the Krka Waterfalls tour! The trip was well organised, and our tour guide Ernest really made the experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and a bundle of joy, sharing lots of facts & history about Croatia. The waterfalls are so pretty and definitely worth seeing, and we enjoyed swimming in the lake at the second stop. We also loved the traditional lunch of homemade prosciutto ham, cheese, tomatoes, bread and wine. Overall it was a great day out and definitely recommend for anyone visiting Split!

The trip was terrific! Just the right amount of time in each location. Group was not too big and everyone returned to the bus on time every time. The lunch was good and interesting to talk to other guests. Ernest was a fabulous guide. Highly recommend this tour.

Magnifique excursion, paysages à couper le souffle, très bien organisé, le temps est suffisant à chaque arrêt. Super chauffeur Antonio et super guide Ernest, merci à eux pour ce bon moment

Fantastic guide. Well organized (though there was a stumble in the beginning). A trip worth its price and recommendation

Super cool activity. The guide told a lot about the city and about life in Croatia.
