Activity was good. Although the meeting point appear to have changed from when we booked. We do not have access to internet and nearly missed the activity because of notification after the fact. one guide Jan was good (rate him as 10), the other guide seem to be very blunt and not very polite, would rate him as a 2. almost ruin the experience, good thing Jan was there.

Our guides, Pascal and Vincenzo were above and beyond outstanding! They were professional and encouraging and patient and kind and they helped make the glacier hike and ice climb one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! We felt safe and I thought we were in the best hands with both of them as our guides.

Fantastic tour! The guide was very professional and provided lots of interesting knowledge. Hiking on the glacier itself was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Breathtaking view. First time ice climbing and it was lots of fun. Definitely recomment.
