Our guide, Stefan, was polite and helpful and especially attentive to me as the only native English speaker in a group of native German Speakers. I had a few questions, and he checked with me several times to see if I was ok! To be honest, as a Doctor of Music with decent facility in German, I may have been better off on my own since there are so many other famous musicians' graves to visit than the ones we stopped at - the big ones, like Beethoven, Schubert, and Brahms. Not to mention countless others in the arts. Next time I'll get a written guide and snoop around by myself! Still, Stefan was full of lots of interesting information and humorous quips!
