This tour was really unique, too bad that it was over after 2 hours !!! Our guide was very eloquent, conveyed a lot of interesting facts in a fascinating way. You really got the urge to read historical information and visit the cemetery again in the near future and explore it yourself or let yourself be influenced.

Without the booked tour we probably wouldn't have gone to the central cemetery, which would have been a shame. It is really huge and imposing. If you are looking for some peace and quiet from the bustle of the city center, you can really relax here. The lady who led the tour really knew a lot about the personalities who are buried here. It was interesting.

We were very enthusiastic about the guided tour in the central cemetery in Vienna. Actually, we were in doubt as to whether we should even take part in this tour, because the weather was really terrible. We were pleasantly surprised. It was a varied tour that included the historical aspects and political pasts of German-Austrian history. The guide was able to lighten up the fact-rich stories with many typical Viennese anecdotes. This made it a thoroughly successful walk. All in all highly recommended.
