Fabulous setting enjoyed a stroll around the palace gardens before the visit to the zoo. Very quiet in the zoo at this time of year though we managed to see plenty of animals. Got very close to the pandas unfortunately didn’t see polar bears nor giraffes the latter due to enclosure being cleaned.

    zoo is great

we bought tix through this site my only complaint is you have to print the voucher then get a ticket from the stand so defeats the purpose of getting tickets early also the whole printing is a pain if staying in an airbnb the zoo is super cute and so pretty. there’s lots of animals enclosures a little small but pretty to see. it’s also doable not overwhelmingly big and the area around there is spectacular

    Very crowded

The zoo is nice and well laid out, but we went on a Saturday. It was a nice day and it was very crowed with lots and lots of children. I've never seen so many stollers in one place! My recommendation is that you will enjoy the zoo more on a weekday when it is not so busy. The zoo wants a printed ticket, but we had no way to print it. However, the zoo just gave us an email address to forward it to and they printed it. Very accommodating.
