We had a nice, small class (4 of us). The teacher was very personable with all of us, the time in class was well-used. We got to really learn how to make a fine quality of gelato in the class, and I hope to be able to make it at home now!

Very nice experience! We were very well received and both we and our kids (6 and 11 years) enjoyed it to the fullest. The chef does that very well, clear explanations, with a touch of humor and extra tips Very happy that we booked this experience, was a super fun afternoon! Is recommended for both experienced cooks and less experienced.

We were lucky that Christina was allowed to be our hostess. With 8 international participants, our course in a beautiful show kitchen was very instructive. We were allowed to make vanilla, yoghurt and chocolate ice cream, which we have already tried at home with the family. Many thanks for the many tips and the nice afternoon to Christina.
