We were a family of 5 (kids were 16, 10, 4) and LOVED every minute of this tour. Antonella was AMAZING! Very informative and included the kids in conversation. It was a small private group which was nice with COVID restrictions. Masks on the whole tour. Just enough time on Murano to have a tour of the glass factory. Wish we had a little more time on Burano as there was more to see and do there. But we were able to meet with the lace lady in action, wander the streets to find cookies, quick lunch, gelato, and pics.
The guide had very good English and was easy to understand, even over the noise of the boat's engine. She was obviously very knowledgeable and was able to explain clearly the points of interest. The tour was one hour and it passed very quickly. There were 10 of us but there was still room for all to stand and take photos.
Just back from Venice. Buying 7 days water transport was great value. We could get the main attractions quickly and spend more time at the attractions. Visited all the islands and parts of Venice that are further away. Great value and lovely using water buses to see the sights
Great trip. The guide, Kiara, was extremely knowledgeable and a great storyteller. She was also exceptional with kids, for any families considering this tour. Murano and Burano were both great, and the time allotted worked well. Highly recommend this tour.
It was very easy to get the tickets from the machine and just scan each time you use the waterbus and mainland (water) buses. Just make sure you check to see if there is a machine near you to enter the code for your tickets. Highly recommended!
