Mario was genuinely one of the best people we have met on our travels! His kindness and easy demeanor coupled with his master sommelier certification made him the perfect person to spend a day with, tasting Prosecco and enjoying the countryside. He made us feel welcome and provided extensive knowledge of the wine, the wine making process and the region. Highly recommend spending a day with Mario or his wife if you want to escape Venice for the Italian countryside. He also looked after all the small details like a coffee and bathroom stop as well as a wonderful lunch at a small eatery in the Prosecco hills. Thank you Mario!

Chef Carolyn is an excellent teacher providing us with wonderful cooking lessons, funny stories and a superb lunch we helped make. She is a generous thoughtful teacher who clearly wants her students to learn. I enjoyed every minute and will definitely sign up again next time I’m in Venice.

Me and my partner from the UK visited this independent wine store and tasting and had the most amazing time. Lovely host who supplied knowledge and laughter. Quiet place to share some drink tasting

We had 3 stops on our tour and got to see new parts or Venice while also tasting some delicious new dishes. Not too much walking or talking, it was the perfect balance for something like this.

We enjoyed the tour very much. Our guide was great, we learned about new restaurants and local food; thank you.
