Visit the labyrinth of “calli” and “campi” (narrow Venetian streets and squares) and find hidden architectural gems such as Marco Polo's House, a building believed to be the home of the famous explorer, marked by a white plaque and now used as a theater.

Continue to the Fenix Theatre, where Giuseppe Verdi and many other great composers performed their masterpieces. Pass through St. Mark's Square with its stunning monuments as well Doge's Palace, Basilica, and many other historic buildings.

Super nice guide. However, the tour is only available in English and Italian and not in German as shown. He tries hard and answers all questions asked. In fact, it shows small alleys and corners that you would not be able to get to without a guide. I can highly recommend the tour !!!

This tour was worth every penny! He took us to places that only Venetians can know and his recommendation for inexpensive pasta was unique! Unfortunately it was in English (despite the order for German). In addition, he had to lead bilingual - 2 families for German -> English and one family for Italian (yes, we were so few, so unique :-)), which means that the stories are rather short and only after a question on our part. We started a little late, but the tour took a lot longer.

We had booked a guided tour in German. It was then in English, although most of the guests were from the German-speaking area. The leadership gear well. However, general questions were discussed. The group then got none of it. The places were well chosen and you learned and saw a lot off the beaten track.
