We were a bit sceptical but it turned out a great experience. We bought our tickets the night before and wasn't sure what to expect. Very good value for money, good boats, always on schedule, staff very friendly and professional. These boats were not overcrowded making our day so much more pleasant. Definitely recommend. We started our day at St Marco it was a bit hard to find as there was no sign. Eventually we found the lady who helped us to onboard. It was pure accident though…. Some clear sign is definitely needed but she told us St Marco stop is a new one. (Its 200m away from the actual stop). Afterwards our day went really smooth. I can only recommend to empty your bladder before onboarding

I didn't take the tour, but I still want to leave a comment because the staff were very kind and attentive. Unfortunately due to Covid they had to close the reservations earlier, but they notified me in time and guaranteed a refund immediately. Excellent customer service, even in a time of understandable difficulty.

Nice trip to Venice! The islands are wonderful, the staff courteous and the boat very comfortable.

Wir haben uns in Venedig verliebt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Lovely trip amongst the Venice islands. No queue or crowd at all.
