Our guide Thomas went above and beyond to be friendly, accommodating and keeping it a relaxed trip while still getting us places on time. The driving was safe throughout the trip. We very much enjoyed each of the individual aspects of the packager: the chocolate factory tour, cheese factory tour, fondue lunch, time in the village of Gruyere and the Golden Pass train ride. Each was unique and a true taste of Switzerland. My only slight dissatisfaction was that the tour was described as being 10 hours but only lasted about 8. I believe this was because it actually started in Geneva and we were picked up in Lausanne. However, the next day we ran into Thomas on his tour of Glacier 3000. It was because of his encouragement that I decided to conquer my fears and ride the cable car to the top of Les Diablerets. If not for him including us with his two guests for the day I would have missed out on an amazing experience! Heartfelt thanks to Thomas be being an extraordinary guide!

We has a fantastic day with our guide Neil. From the meetup point to being dropped back. It exceeded expectations. Neil explained everything to us and having him with us actually made our day. Extremely nice guy who went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended tour. Debbie and Patrick We didn't want the day to end.

The Glacier 3000 is a great experience to do at least once in a lifetime. The view is breathtaking. In addition to the bridge there are the chairlifts and the tallest roller coaster. We had unforgettable moments.
