Very easy, there is an office almost in front of the entrance of the museums where they supported us to change the reservation, you must enter in a group so we waited for about 10 min for the others to arrive, then we entered with the group and the young lady, already inside she gave us the entrance tickets and we passed without queuing

It was a great experience. I bought the tickets with Get your Guide because the tickets were sold out on the Vatican museums website. We went to the collection point (tourist office), where they then took us inside the museum, skipping the line, where they then handed us the tickets.

Even though I booked the tour at 1:30 pm, our guide gave us the 3:30 pm tickets. If you want to visit this museum, book directly on the museum website. It is more convenient and less expensive.

We got a lot of great insight and information within a compressed timeframe. It captured the attention of the entire family (teens and elementary aged children)

All good, the staff who accompanied us to the box office very friendly
